We awoke to the furnace and numerous lights not working on a very cold morning. Tamim re-scheduled other work and came to our house within an hour of our call. He quickly traced the issue to 1 of the 2 buried lines that was no longer providing power. He then re-routed essentials such as furnace, garage door opener and internet to less mission critical breakers on the still functioning panel breakers until Hydro Ottawa could arrive.
